Stacy Ferguson (born on March 27, 1975 in Hacienda Heights, California), who is known by her stage name "Fergie" is a singer, rapper, dancer, songwriter, actress, and voice actress who starred on "Kids Incorporated" from 1983 to 1989. She is best known for her role as Stacy on "Kids Incorporated".

Biography[]

Stacy was born in Hacienda Heights, California to Theresa "Terry" Ann Gore Ferguson and Jon Patrick "Pat" Ferguson. She has a younger sister, Dana Marie (born October 11, 1978), who was also a 1985 (former) child actress. Stacy studied dance as a child and provided the voice of Sally Brown, Peppermint Patty, Patty, Violet, Lucy, Shirley, Clara and Sophie in 2 made-for-television Peanuts specials: "It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown" in 1984, and "Snoopy's Getting Married, Charlie Brown" in 1985 as well as on four episodes of "The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show."

Stacy attended Mesa Robles Middle School and Glen A. Wilson High School. In school, she was a straight "A" student, a cheerleader, a spelling bee champ, and used to be a girl scout.

Music Career[]

Stacy was a member of 90's-00's girl/woman group, Wild Orchid with former "Kids Incorporated" co-star, Renee Sands and Stefanie Ridel. Wild Orchid signed to RCA Records in 1994 and they released their debut album in 1997.

While she was in Wild Orchid, Stacy developed an addiction to crystal meth which followed her after she left the group. According to a 2006 interview with "Entertainment Weekly," Stacy revealed that her reason for leaving Wild Orchid due to frustrations with the group's image and her drug problems. Since 2001, Stacy has been a member of hip-hop\pop group, Black Eyed Peas and performs under her stage name "Fergie." The group has achieved high charting status with their albums and singles.

In 2006, Stacy released her solo album, "The Dutchess" which made it to #2 on the Billboard 200, certified Platinum in the U.S., and spawned five Top 5 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 including 3 #1 hit songs: "London Bridge", "Big Girls Don't Cry," and "Glamorous" featuring rapper Ludacris.

Personal Life[]

Stacy Ferguson became addicted to crystal meth. She is now sober. During her time on "Kids Incorporated" Stacy eventually went from being the youngest to the oldest. After leaving "Kids Incorporated" Stacy was replaced by Haylie Johnson. Stacy Ferguson was the most popular cast member on "Kids Incorporated".
